Back on track

Well, after a not so great weekend of eating I had a pretty good recovery day today. I ate pretty good, oatmeal for breakfast, a protien shake for lunch and chicken chili for dinner with very little cheese or crackers. I had a couple of healthy snacks and that's it. I also got a real good swim in at lunch, I swam 1,250m in 43 minutes...pretty slow for a good swimmer, but not too bad for me.

Prayer request today is for the people in Alabama who got hit by storms last night. Crazy winter weather this year...
