Training gets tough when you are fighting injuries. I don't even know how I did it, but for some reason on Wednesday my left ankle was really swollen, so I've not been able to run all week. I have however swam three times and lifted weights twice, so that coupled with the Sunday run, I still got six workouts in this week...so still a pretty good workout week. I am hoping to be able to run tomorrow.
Prayer tonight is for Cara and her knee that she banged up today while playing volleyball.
